A wife, mother of 2, and a passionate home cook living in the suburbs of Condado de Summit, Colorado, Estados Unidos. I am also a cheese lover and the recipe creator and photographer behind Recipesta.com.

While I’m trained in biological technology to work in a research lab, my days are now spent in the kitchen and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else! You’ll always find me in either immersed in ingredients & recipe chaos, behind my camera capturing or on my computer sharing.

I am married to the man of my dreams with two amazing kids aged 12, and 8 along

We have two sweet little dogs who love carrots more than anything else in the world (they’re both Havanese crosses for those of you wondering)!

how i learned to cook

Over the past 25 years, I have become very passionate about cooking for my own family and friends! In that time I’ve spent many years learning, testing, trying, and growing my knowledge in the kitchen (my favorite being cooking classes in Italy and a recent culinary boot camp at our local culinary school)!
